"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Brilliant stay! This is the perfect apartment for a family of four. It has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic ski holiday, including a balcony overlooking the piste and true ski-in/ski-out access. You can ski directly to Bruyères 1, Sunny Express, and the lifts further down the hill, then enjoy skiing right back to the door at the end of the day.The Sherpa, ski rental shop, and several restaurants are literally on the doorstep, making everything incredibly convenient. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. "The apartment was clean and close to the ski area, market, a few restaurants, and ski rental place! Zorica was so kind and communicative and made our stay great! Note that there are only twin beds so plan accordingly. Had a full kitchen and dishwasher, but no WiFi- we didn’t mind that part though!"

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
