( not direct booking thru quest ) at reception Arthur checked availability and after a moment sorted a solution for us.. he was super helpful, informative with parking and bus for light festival bus etc.. was a massive relief after realizing our predicament.. Getting access to the property was difficult, the access code did not get sent to us, it took 3 phone calls to finally get the code around 2 hours after the check in time. Appeared that the property manager did not believe us that the code had not been sent."
