Lovely stay!

What a lovely stay! The grounds & room of this place was so well looked after, very clean and very tidy! Staff lovely and helpful. Hotel is in the village and sort of in the middle of no where, taxis are expensive compared to the rest of Bali so bare this in mind - you’ll need to get taxi everywhere or scooter!

After booking and paying online i recieved an email saying they were fully booked and it was an error with the booking site. I said thanks for the notice, and asked for my money refunded. Heard nothing for days after that. Then the day of my check in arrived, and late at night after check-in hours had closed i recieved another email saying they never sent that message and were waiting for my arrival. After a lot of haggling I've still not gotten my money back, and the employees at the villa has stopped replying. Very poor english communication all along. Complete scam, stay far away.
