"Checkout was at 11am and when asked if we can extend an hour so we can pack without rush they wanted to charge us $50 for an extra hour. When we returned to our room at 10:30 am from speaking to the frontdesk the door didn't open and the maid said that she couldn't open the door so we had to go back down again. The front desk lady was very uninterested in the issue. Also they only have one drop-off at 10am and one pickup at 2pm which makes going to the beach difficult and costly. Again whe I brought up to the staff they appeared uninterested and told me to write it in the review."

"I had such a great stay here! The property is beautiful and very well kept, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was so friendly that by the end of the trip I felt like I was visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel. Now let's talk about the food. I usually approach hotel restaurants with low expectations and a backup snack plan, but this place proved me wrong. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the drinks were dangerously good. They also had live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights, which was a nice surprise and made the evenings even more fun. And I know this sounds random, but can we talk about the water? The shower water was so soft that I seriously considered checking if I could take it home with me. The pool and jacuzzi were the same way. It's such a small detail, but it made everything feel extra relaxing. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway."

"The resort itself is great and well maintained in general. The grounds are clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the 10th floor and the gulf views were spectacular. The valet parking was great and the valet team was extremely fast, friendly and welcoming. One confusing and misleading thing we found were the images of the rooms. Photos of rooms show an image of a larger fridge, and also a larger bathroom, with dinner tables. When we arrived and asked for a room with a larger fridge, as well as a table, we were told all rooms have the same style mini fridge and no tables. Travelling with a baby we needed a larger fridge to store food, and a table to have dinner on etc which apparently were not available, even though photos show larger style refrigerators (and units as well) with tables in them. The resort needs to do a better job in advertising what they do and do not offer inside their rooms as it is quite confusing knowing which room you will receive."
