「First room was horrible with no tv connection. Shower was cold and CR had a discussing smell. Moved to upper floor with bad airflow and intermittent WiFi , small room with no windows , you get what you pay for ,breakfast was terrible. Frozen meat fried up with center cold , Will not be staying again」

「This hotel room and the restaurant are quite comfortable. The staffs are warmly kind to treat us and are well-prepared. The shuttle service is especially useful in case one leaves the hotel in early morning. 」

「マヨン山が窓から見えたのはとても良かったです。 曇りがちな天気の中でも、いつでもマヨン山が頂上まで見えるかを確認できました。 シャワーや洗面所の水はけが良くないのが気になりました。 3泊して最後の夜に部屋にネズミが出たのが残念です。数時間のために部屋をスイッチ、アップグレードしてもらいましたが、3日間もネズミのいる部屋にいたかと思うとぞっとします。」

「中ですべてまかなえるから、時間もゆっくり過ごせたし、好きな時に好きな事ができた。また、必ず行こうと思った。」

「出張で何度かレガスピに来ていますが、今回初めてカサブランカスイーツに宿泊しました。 ホテルスタッフはとても親切でした。 シャワーはお湯が出るか出ないか賭けみたいな感じですが、ここは幸いにしてお湯が出ました。嬉しかったです。 空港へはシャトルバスがあります。事前に出発時刻をフロントに伝えておけば用意してくれます。」

「The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
