Have stayed here a few times and was disappointed with the breakfast this time. The juice machine is now the watered down orange mixed with apple juice, no fried eggs and tinned mushrooms ! Apart from the comfortable bed and good location it somewhat spoiled it and there is now no hairdryer in the room unless you ask for it upon arrival which is no good when you are three flights up, straight out of the shower and a solo guest. It was not as good as all the other times I have stayed here .

Room was clean and tidy and staff helpful. Poor nights sleep due to other guests and people knocking on doors. There was also a wide variety of items outside the window ranging from sanitary pads to booze bottles, vapes and clothing!

I’d like to give a shout out to the staff that assisted me when I stayed going above and beyond with a smile on their face and having a laugh at the same time. The hotel itself was in a great location the room larger than average and great amenities! Fab all round

It really is true you get what you pay for. The hotel was a bit dinghy, needed modernising and although the room was very spacious there was no bath, no phone to call reception for extra towels, no mat for the shower. Just a big disappointment. The area it was located felt very unsafe - even during the day. We have stayed in Leeds before around the Granary Wharf area, but thought we would give here a try. We won’t be returning.

Unfortunately an alarm went off on the road outside during the night some decent secondary glazing might help. Also whilst my wife was in reception staff were trying to get a rat out the foyer apparently it had run in off the street again nobody’s fault and I don’t know what could be done we were just unlucky I guess. All in all it suited our purpose for the the concert we attended it was fine for a night.
