「Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom.
