In a cul-de-sac in the quiet area of ​​"O'Mullane" beach, on the front line, the villa offers a very beautiful view of the sea, the Diamant rock, the Morne Larcher, and sometimes the island of Sainte Lucie (depending on the weather).

On foot, you can access the small beach of O'Mullane as well as the hike (easy & shaded) of the Diamond coastal path.

At 800m, a local shop is at your disposal including Sunday morning.

At 1.5km, the center of the village offers a local market, butcher, bakery and many restaurants. You can visit the Church of Saint Thomas, whose interior structure is an upside-down boat hull.

At 1.8km, you can enjoy the very beautiful and large Diamant beach (3kms long)

About 200m away, the small protected beach allows swimming and looking for shells, but you will probably prefer to take advantage of the large and very beautiful Diamant beach located about 1800 meters away. A small convenience store is about 700 meters away and the town of Le Diamant, with restaurants and market, is 1.5 km away.

The villa benefits from a large outdoor terrace with a shaded area consisting of a lounge and dining area, as well as a sunny area with a small lounge and sunbathing areas.



One of the strong assets of this villa is the large infinity pool (9mX4m) with a wide sea view.

The air conditioning is functional from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.

Pool maintenance is carried out every Wednesday morning between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
