"Lacronan is of course a treasure, and, perhaps not unsurpisingly, is determined to keep cars out, even though there is a small hotel car park available for a few fortunate guests. Our route to the hotel, which is perhaps 200 metres from the central square, was barred by ongoing work to pedestrianise the area immediately adjacent to the hotel. "Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300. "
