We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!

Front desk staff need to friendly know surrounding area as they doesn’t know where is pharmacy in that area and it’s only 14 mins from hotel location also airport shuttle doesn’t drop back at terminal as they suppose too property and location is great…

The room was clean and fully stocked, the resort was also very clean and well maintained, the staff was super nice and helpful, my only complaint was that the hot tub was having issues getting warm but the pool was amazing, hopefully the hot tub will be warm the next time we go!
