"Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. "
"This establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. She had all the information I could ever need to find things in town, and when I left medication in the refrigerator by mistake on the way to the airport, Lucy found it, called me and promptly booked a taxi to deliver it to me at the airport!
