We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean.

Fantastic location. Whole experience was outstanding. The staff were helpful from beginning to end. Even a bottle of Prosecco left in the room for us on our anniversary! Would highly recommend and certainly use again

Breakfast good and location just off promenade. Slight issue on checking in as room hadn't been cleaned so switched to lovely room with Seaview. Bed very comfy and AC good. Fridge with free water and tea/ coffee stocked up daily. Would definitely stay there again.

Central location in Douglas, catered for my Gluten free diet (even had a selection of GF cereals) which is uncommon. Staff were very helpful.

I enjoyed the Mannin Hotel, and greatly appreciated their friendly and helpful staff (in my experience, the Manx are friendly and helpful in general.) However, the one downside- I chose the hotel because it had a parking garage. The issue is, it was normally full, so I literally never even saw inside of it. I ended up having to deal with street parking, which is actually hugely inconvenient, so know going in that that garage basically isn’t really something you can rely on, if you’re renting a car, you may have to expect a high level of inconvenience, unless you find a fix I never figured out. On the upside, Mannin has Smudge the Cat, and she’s very great.

Lovely clean Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very nice but it was the same menue every day.

Not only is the hotel in a great location, it is clean and modern but best of all, friendly. Every member of staff we met was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, something I've rarely found in hotel restaurants. So good we ate dinner there on two nights.

Great stay.

Had a lovely four day stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was very good and the service was exceptional. Would totally reccomend this hotel.

They only replaced a broken fridge after 2 days, they tried to adjust the settings but they missed a basic fault that the motor in the fridge was not working.. Breakfast was not up to the usual high standard. Fried eggs solid and left on hotplate to long, other hot items very dry. Waitress’s more interested in talking to each other than taking action when we pointed out issues with the breakfast issues.

A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.

The staff were amazing, breakfast super and all facilities needed were available. We felt so welcome and at home at all times. They remembered us and our needs at all times. I would definitely return!
