「Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. 「This is a fantastic location to stay. The falls are stunning and the Inn couldn’t be in a better location. We could see them from our triple room despite it being the last room in the corridor. 「Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area...
