「Atmospheric bar & restaurant, beautifully appointed room. Breakfast was incredible! I looked forward to my smoked salmon every morning. Husband had the vegetarian breakfast and said it was also excellent.
I liked the system of selecting breakfast the night before.
The town is super walkable with location next to the peaceful & romantic waterfalls. Outdoor tables packed with people gave it an energetic but casual hub-of-the-village vibe.

「We can’t say enough good things about our two night stay. Staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had dinner the first night and wished we could have done the second too but had theatre tickets. Food was 5* both in flavour and presentation. We had the pleasure of meeting Ann the owner over dinner and the chef that evening , Charlie.
Post dinner we sat by the fire where front of house immediately added more firewood.

「Excellent location for a short stay. We stayed in the maxwells which were very comfortable with all the right facilities. My only suggestion would be to provide split bins for waste and recycling (landfill / plastic and tins) along with a tub for compostable waste. 」
