The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.

"We had an amazing time at the pool with our 4 year old twin boys. There were so many unique places for them to play and splash around. The views from the 3 bedroom villa were amazing and it was really easy to get around the island from this location. Highly recommend Kōloa landing if you are staying in Kauai. "
"This was our first family trip with our adult children. We could not have asked for a more perfect home for us!! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The home was spotless and well equipped, and so comfortable to hang out together! The views were spectacular as we watched the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. We enjoyed sea turtles and the snorkeling on the beach was amazing. It was the vacation of a lifetime. Our host was very responsive and the entire stay was so easy. We are definitely going to be back to this beautiful, magical place"

"Our family of seven enjoyed a Kauai seven-day vacation with this extraordinary house as our home base. This was a stretch for our budget, but worth every penny. Beautiful architecture; splendid construction, down to the finest detail; amazing views; peaceful neighborhood. efficient kitchen, fully equipped; enough glassware and china to serve 20 people; well supplied for essentials; fantastic swimming pool that the grandkids and all of us used extensively. There is not a single thing that I could suggest for improvement-- just a great property. "
