「Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) 」

「The host was very nice and helpful, especially going out of her way to provide birthday decorations, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor. The bedrooms are very bare, with no place to store luggage aside from the bed or floor. The lack of basic functionality in several areas made the stay...

「We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and...
