「We loved our stay in this condo! We were very happy with the cleanliness and location. The property manager checked on us to make sure we got in ok and was available in case we needed anything. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Located right on Carlsmith Beach, you don’t even have to leave unless you want to! Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. 「The property was great. Clean. Functional. Comfy. Based on the pictures we were looking for a place a little more away from neighbors and this isn’t that. Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. 「I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again.」
