"My husband and I really liked the hotel; the staff is friendly, and the décor and cleanliness are wonderful. However, on Saturday night—lasting until nearly midnight—there was a lot of noise from very loud music and people singing on the 5th floor, which made it impossible to rest or sleep. My husband called the front desk, and the employee told him there was an event taking place. It is unfortunate when this happens, especially when you just want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet at a hotel."
