"Generally very clean (especially rooms), only part that was not very clean was the veranda outside (but i get it since its outdoors) and some of the outdoor furniture (for eg 2 out of 4 sunbeds on the veranda were filthy), indoor common areas were also clean again, apart from some outdoor common areas (eg corridor to the room or steps to get to the room, elevator etc that needed a bit of maintenance and cleaning). Breakfast was good however, guests need to be mindful that its very different to a traditional hotel breakfast as the food options are culturally specific (eg vegeterian, vegan, kosher) and guests not used to such choices may find it hard to find a lot to eat. They have eggs, cereal, bread, yoghurts (nuts etc) and some cheeses as the basics but apart from this the rest is very specific. Kids not used to such food or picky eaters may find it particularly hard to find something to eat. Staff very friendly and very helpful with everything and anything that may come up during the stay. Good pool facilities, i especially appreciated the covered kids pools and the upper pool that is a bit quieter if the kids are older. Many going on for kids entertainment wise, they also have bouncing castles and a kids club along with a basketball court and football etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!"

"The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. Unfortunately, the quality and choice of food at the à la carte restaurants for dinner, particularly for our 2 year old, as well as the general inconsistency of service were below expectations for a five star hotel - especially when you consider the cost of half board. My wife has various food allergies and these were also not particularly well catered for - dishes sent back multiple times and lack of appropriate substitutes offered. To their credit, the management team at the hotel were very receptive to our feedback and are already working on certain improvements; for example a new, healthier kids menu in all 3 restaurants is due to launch next week."

"Excellent villa and great location, just a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Latchi harbour and an abundance of places to eat. Polis is a 5 minute drive away with bars and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great and air con units in the bedrooms work well and are a must. Pool area lovely, with plenty of space around it and well kept. Just one small niggle / recommendation for the owners. Initially there was only one tiny partly broken parasol. Property managers quickly supplied a new large one (great service), but really the property needs 3 of them for 6 people to comfortably relax around the pool. Cyprus is hot! Sockets are English 3 pin so no need to take euro adapters, but you will need a euro to uk adapter to use the iron and hairdryer supplied. All in all, a great place to stay and we would definitely return"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. There were always sunbeds available, even during the busiest parts of the day, which made relaxing by the pool effortless. Breakfast was more than adequate with a decent variety each morning, and the air‑conditioning in the room worked extremely well — a big plus in the Cyprus heat. All staff were polite, friendly and genuinely hardworking, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s clear many guests return regularly, and the overall vibe was pleasant and relaxed. The location was another highlight: close to the beach, restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around without needing transport. Our transfer from Paphos Airport was straightforward and only €30, which was great value. The small gym was just okay — nothing fancy — but definitely better than nothing and useful for a quick workout. Overall, a nice hotel with good facilities, great staff and a comfortable environment. Would happily stay again."
