「The resort is beautiful - from the decor to the beaches - and the facilities are excellent for all ages - kids club, pools, gym, a new water park is currently being built. 「Had a nice stay at the Cali Resort & Spa hotel. Very quiet, very clean with friendly staff. Only let downs was the half board upgrade (I was told I could exchange dinner with lunch, but on my last day I was told I couldn’t do this and had to pay for lunch separately). Also unfortunate they don’t enforce a time limit it on the poolside sunbeds to enable more people to use them during their stay.」

「This is a very impressive property , beautifully appointed and immaculately clean . The foyer and marble staircases to the rooms are stunning . The room and bathroom were equally opulent . I arrived at 11 pm from the airport and Otto the host met me at the door and got me settled . He was constantly available with offers of help during my stay , I was extremely impressed. The price was more than reasonable Definitely return , no doubt」

「Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. I had to find another hotel locally who kindly allowed me to use their guest wifi. It was essential as i needed...
