「The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again.」

It’s not super modern as it’s in an old building but this makes it cosy and very comfortable. The outdoor pool is heated so lovely for a dip before breakfast.」

So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here.」

「High Oaks Grange is a beautiful property with a very high standard of fittings. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with old friends. There were plenty of things to do locally and we loved the area. One highlight was a meal cooked for us in the Grange by Chef Dan Graham. We would thoroughly recommend him. as would we would highly recommend The Grange for a large group. We hope to return in the future.」

「I visited the Grand about 15 years ago. That time the hotel looked a bit run down. So it was good to see the communal areas much improved. It must have been quite an hotel in it's hayday. Our room was clean and well presented. The bed was a bit hard, but the sea view was great. Things to improve. I paid for early check in, I had to wait half an hour in the que before I got to the front. I had booked in online and paid for my stay the day before. I wouldn't pay for early check in again.
