Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 260 m² house for rent in the commune of Lassy, which can accommodate up to 15 travelers. It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, cooking piano, 2 microwave ovens, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher...
- Dining room
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with three single beds
- Bedroom 5: with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC

Second floor:
- A large games and relaxation room (bar area with sofa, table soccer, darts, table tennis).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Lassy, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants ( less than 3 km away, discover the Chill Woods or Le Bistrot d'Angèle), bars, market...

Gîte spacieux, très calme et très bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte entre amis. Tout était impeccable et nous avons apprécié le côté spacieux des pièces de vie, des chambres et de la grande salle de jeux.La situation était également très bonne pour nous, à 10mn en voiture du centre commercial, à 5 mn à pieds d'une très bonne boulangerie et à distance raisonnable des sites de visites que nous avions projetées. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !!
