Very easy check-in. Love the double master bedrooms. Two are better than one! Children friendly. Close to Convention Center so perfect for our trips to Cowboy Christmas. Host was very pleasant to work with!

My friends and I attended a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The house was great. Clean, had all amenities listed, and the owner was flexible (we stayed ann extra night) and very responsive. This house was .7 miles away from the convention center. An easy Uber/Lyft over. We often walked too. Amenities like a restaurant (Applebees), fast food (Carl’s Jr.), liquor store, gas station, and small grocery store were all nearby. The only downside was that there were some unsavory elements (hobos & derelicts) nearby. They never bothered us, but I recommend going out in at least pairs at night, more if it’s only two women. I highly recommend this house if you are going to a convention or the like at the Las Vegas Convention Center. 9.5 out of 10.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. Everything was as expected. Host was very responsive. Very clean.

We didn’t realize the distance to the convention center, though shown as 1.2 miles, was not a very good or safe area to walk which led to Uber use. Otherwise the property was great! The bedrooms are spacious and having multiple bathrooms is a benefit. The bedrooms never seemed to get as cool as the main living area but overall it was very comfortable.

Great property just in a quite neighborhood just minutes from the strip and old vegas. Interior was clean and recently updated.
