This new 2-story construction, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Villa accommodates up to 6 of your loved ones and friends for an unforgettable Las Terrenas vacation or remote work experience.
As you come in to the Villa, the gorgeous patio space presents you with a relaxing lounging and dining setup. You will simply love chilling and enjoying your gourmet meals in the Dominican sun, steps from the pool.
The Main floor open-space concept offers an inviting air-conditioned dining room - living room areas. A fully equipped kitchen is right off to the side. Large sliding doors and windows at the back give access to the second private patio.
All air-conditioned bedrooms at the second-level are each equipped with Queen-sized beds and offer ample drawer and storage. A spacious shared bathroom with shower is right at he top of the stairs. The master bedroom has its own private coralina stone-finished bathroom with shower.
For everyone's safety on the premises, the common areas are monitored by 24/7 cameras. The Villa itself also has a security camera on the patio, aimed at the sidewalk coming towards the property.

Everything is within walking distance from the Villa. A popular option in Las Terrenas are the 'Pasolas' (Scooters).

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing.
A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.
NOTE3: For stays shorter than 14 nights, a refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest's credit card on the day of arrival. For stays over 14 nights, a 250USD cash deposit is required upon checking in.
NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h.
A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.
No parties are allowed in our Villa.
