「Clean house with comfortable beds. Nice supply of coffee, bottled water, etc. The house worked well for two couples travelling together. The hot tub was a little small for four people.」

「The house was very comfortable for our extended stay. Garage space is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and also walkable. There’s a park within walking distance with a small playground for young kids. BE ADVISED: we really had hoped this pet-friendly home would have a usable backyard for our dog as its fenced BUT without it being landscaped, there are tons of goathead burrs which are very hard and extremely sharp which adhere to paws AND your shoes! So alas, the dog soon learned it...

「We rented for 6 weeks and overall had a satisfactory experience. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to everything in Las Cruces.However, when we arrived at property and found house had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, sheets not clean and damp towels on the floor. Contacted owner and he responded about 30 hours later. Offered a temporary unit and to have unit cleaned but by that time we had washed towels and bedding so no need of temporary stay. Owner offer to...
