"The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected. Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day. They also arranged a Xmas buffet on the Xmas day, which was out of my expectations and the kids enjoyed a lot and wanted to start there forever. the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them. I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically… We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip. "

"Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."

"We spent two weeks in this amazing Villa in August. We couldn't have ask for anything else the Villa was perfect plenty of space for 11 people. Beautiful pool area that kept everyone entertained. We loved the barbecue which was constantly being used.Audra the property manager couldn't have been any better. Perfect holiday from start to finish we would highly recommend. Thank you Catie x"

"Property was super clean, great location for Grandes Playas - 10 minute walk, bit further to central strip, suited us as at home we drive everywhere, so was good for a bit of exercise!Campanario for bars and supermarket less than 10 minutes, great location for bus station, got the bus several times to Puerto Rosario where you can carry on to Caleta de Fuste, also bus nearby for el cotillo.Immediate response from owner regarding any queries, would recommend. "
