「The staff were amazing - very attentive - particularly at breakfast. Excellent breakfast choices, including non-dairy and gluten free options. The pool and the gym were very quiet - never crowded. 30 minutes walk to Finikoudes beach and great restaurants but the pool and restaurant, cafe and pool bar at the hotel were also great options. Watching the sunset from the bar on the 16th floor was beautiful.」

「Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.
