"The room wasn’t clean, the pillows had hair all over, the chair in the room had tape over a holes it had, and the toilet was dirty. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty, had possibly mold or rust on the fridge. It was super noisy the whole time, paper thin walls and door. At 4am there were people talking loudly in the hall and could hear everything they were saying. Was looking forward to the hotel breakfast, but it was cold and the food selection was awful. "

"Hotel served its purpose for the night. Front desk was nice but he double as repairman cause the elevator was faulty. Got stuck and it sounded like the breaks were angry. We got out (it returned us to the first floor) and the front desk guy was trying to fix it. Quite a bit of hair in the hotel room, the shower and bed sheets. The fridge had mold in it. Other than that, everything worked. Nice tv. Pool and hot tub looked clean but I didn’t"

"Entry appeared clean - breakfast area remained closed off with tables and chairs on top. Front desk clerk was rude and difficult to understand. We had noted there would be 3 in our room however when we c hecked in the record showed only 2 so he was determined to see who was staying in our room and I paid for the extra guest. Our room only had two full sized bath towels and when we asked for 3 clean towels the next evening they were determined to have the dirty towels turned into them first. We asked for kleenex to be placed in the bath counter when space was designated for a box and were told they did not hand out kleenex only toilet paper. Only one bar of soap - no shampoo or washrags for the shower. Clean towels were the small towels not the bigger bath towels. We had family come by to visit and hotel personnel kept watching like we were trying to do something illegal. Never again will we stay there!!!!"

"She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me decorate the house for my boyfriend’s birthday. She is very communicative and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the home was not as pictured in the listing and was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival.There were dirty towels and linens left on the floors, wet and soiled towels in the bathtub, hair all over the sinks, and dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher. The overall condition of the home did not reflect the photos advertised online.Additionally, the listing stated there was one king bed and one queen bed. This was inaccurate. The master bedroom had a queen bed, and the second bedroom had a full-size bed. We specifically chose this property to accommodate our family size, as we were traveling with two small children and two older kids. Unfortunately, the bed in the older kids’ room was broken, so the pull-out option was unusable.Several closet doors were also broken, and the home was not decorated as shown in the listing photos.After driving six hours with two infants and two children, we arrived to these conditions and immediately contacted the host. We were offered a free night and to have cleaners come the following day. However, waiting until the next day for cleaning was not a reasonable solution given that we still had to sleep there that night.As a result, we had to spend over 200 out of pocket on cleaning supplies, linens, pillows, and towels for all eight of us.I would strongly encourage future guests to confirm sleeping arrangements and cleanliness expectations prior to arrival.
