A newish, basic tourist hotel in a good location. Nothing works with it. Nothing special about it. If you can get a good price, book it.

Easy check in, helpful staff, clean property, unique experience, comfortable space

First of all the name of the hotel is Not Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto, it's labeled outside as Stay Hotel. Our first Uber driver couldn't find it even though we gave him the address and the 2nd taxi driver we called found it by the address, but the name on the building did not match the name the property it was labeled as in the Hotels.com listing. Taxi man had to go inside and confirm we had reservations at the address before he let us out. Second the air-conditioning did not work, there was a thermostat to regulate the temperature but it did not work. Third we had a room on the back side of the property that butted up against a freeway and it was so loud it was difficult to sleep. We didn't eat it but the breakfast for 11 Euros looked pretty decent. The hotel is across the street from a Lidl supermercado which had everything, pastries, yogurt, fruit, bread, etc. The room was fairly clean except for the carpet and the desk had multiple scratches that revealed a composite material like cardboard underneath the plastic like surface. So if you decide to stay here please write down the actual address and confirm with your driver that he knows where to take you. The staff was excellent, easy check in, calling cabs, describing the breakfast and bar, very helpful and spoke English very well.
