「We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was good. The room was nice and spacious and the bed comfortable. Our only complaint is that the water in the shower was warm at best.」

「We prepaid through Expedia. Upon arrival used a credit card for incidentals. However, hotel charged full room rate again, plus a charge for incidentals. Hotel admitted it erroneously ran the card in error and would refund the amount. I have reached out 3 times. It has been over 3 weeks and I keep getting excuses. Still no refund. I am owed $201.52. Will not stay at this hotel again.」
