The sign on the room said we could call front desk for a room refresh, such as change of bins/bathroom refresh - I asked the front office person and she said "I will see if that can be done but you can just out the trash out before 2pm and we will take it. We had a full day event so we could not take the trash out by 2pm and when we got back, the spruce up service was not done. The rooms are really not maintained. The bed was comfortable and the fridge worked fine. "
