Comfort Inn Lansing West
The room was very dated. The carpet is either very very old or very very dirty. No towel bar in the bathroom.the toilet is sooooo low to the ground, it was very heard to use. Staff was very accomodating. But this hotel needs a lot of updating!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, even for just one night. The rooms were in terrible condition, with very poor lighting, and the bathroom drainage did not work. The entire room was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The front desk service was also very disappointing ...

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It has been along time since i have ran into staff who are sincerely nice and upbeat naturally. From maintenance, cleaners and management. Not a one displayed trained welcoming and schooled niceness.
