"This is a fantastic house. It has spacious accommodation, ideal for our family group of 12. The hosts had thought of everything with lots of little extras such as toys and books for the children and bread, milk etc which made the house a very welcoming place. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kitchen/dining area an ideal space for socialising with us all able to sit round the table together. We loved being able to easily access the beach via the burrows."

Staff very helpful & friendly. The location is perfect for a 10 minute walk into Barnstaple town centre along the promenade by the river. An excellent stay, shame it was only for one night. Excellent gastropub menu with huge portions for dinner and breakfast, comfortable superior room and super service, inside and outside in secluded beer garden.
