"Always excellent place to stay "

"Fabulous location in the centre of Rye with shops and restaurants a stone’s throw away. The cottage was cosy and perfect for a small family. We stayed over the Rye Bonfire night and we couldn’t have chosen a better location, directly on the procession route. We had a bird’s eye view from the upstairs bedrooms and a short walk to the actual bonfire and firework site. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rye."

"A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room. Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service. Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see."

"My son and I had a lovely stay in The Old Borough Arms. Excellent staff, supremely welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. Cozy room, with all you need to have comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight: The most delightful breakfast on the terrace! Definitely recommended."

"We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume owns the property). Would highly recommend this house for a perfect base to explore Rye and the area. "

"Self-contained and comfortable, and in an ideal location for the short walk into the beautiful town of Rye. Access is down an alleyway, and up and down steps that can be tricky in the rain. Likewise the interior stairs need careful maneuvering but this does not detract from its charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio."
