The location of the B&B is close to the historic centre and about a 25 minute walk to the beach or to the main shopping area of pescara. "The room is quaint and well-designed. It is a few metres from the sea, very close to at least three lovely coffee shops, and less than 15 mins walk to many good restaurants.
