  • Welcome to The Millstream Cottage, our newly built Creekside pool house with exclusive access to our private family pool for the duration of your stay! Pool is open May - October. Enjoy this beautiful home away from home only one mile from Dutch Wonderland, Tanger Outlets, local entertainment, downtown Lancaster. Experience the tranquility of being surrounded by nature yet having all your activities close by!

    We are pleased to have built a beautiful space for you to enjoy in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania! As a Superhost on other lodging sites, we bring you professional and thoughtful care during your stay! The Millstream Cottage is the perfect blend of country and city living.

    Please make yourself at home with walks along the Mill Creek, morning coffee in the gazebo, and a glass of wine to end the day on your own private patio, or around your own secluded firepit. Enjoy full and private access to the private swimming pool which is directly connected to the cottage.

    Please note that we have a one year old, very kind, and friendly German Shepherd named Ally. She will be outside some of the time. She has an invisible fence, which will keep her from coming near the cottage.

    Our home is located along a beautiful, winding stream called the Mill Creek. You will have access to your own private patio, a large gazebo on top of the hill, and over one acre of property to explore and enjoy.

    We live on the same property as The Millstream Cottage and look forward to serving you in any way we can. Please let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion and we'll do our best to make it even more meaningful!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time around! The property and cottage are so beautiful, peaceful and clean. My kids loved the pool, the swing, the toys and games, and of course Ally and Kingston! Thank you so much for welcoming us again, we can’t wait to come back.

The owners have done a wonderful job of creating a lovely oasis with quick access to all that Lancaster and the surrounding area has to offer. Well appointed and designed for relaxation; we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

We spend 3 night in this wonderful cottage. Everything was super clean. The shower liner was brand new and so was the kitchen sponge. This are details that matter a lot to me. The place was very quiet and peaceful. We did not get to use the pool; we wanted rather to explore Lancaster. The location of the cottage was perfect, very close to shops, restaurants and Sight and Sound. The host was fantastic, responded very quickly when contacted. The house was well equipped and pleasantly decorated, with plenty of light, space and mirrors 😁 The AC was quiet and worked perfectly. We stayed in places in the past with very noisy air conditioning units. Overall, everything was excellent!

The cottage is so warm and cozy! The fireplace, and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.the hosts were very prompt with responses to questions, even though they were out of the country. Such dedication. We had such a lovely stay, and everything was clean and so perfectly set up for a family with small children. We will definitely stay again!

The cottage was perfect for our family of three! Our quick trip to Lancaster was made easy by the cottage's central location to just about everything. I honestly wish we had more time there just to explore the grounds. We'll be back!

What an absolutley lovely cottage. Very well appointed and so well decorated and fresh. The host has a real eye for decor and detail! Also, different than some other VRBOs we have stayed at, the kitchen utensils and equipment was of great quality.Just a great choice as a getaway or home base to explore the beautiful Amish countryside.

The cottage was clean and comfortable as described. The host communicated promptly. However, the upstairs office was used at 7:30 am one morning and although we were already up that was an inconvenience along with children riding 4 wheeler around the property disrupting an otherwise peaceful stay.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Everything was very clean, easy to use, and the property was close to everything. We hope to come back again in summer to enjoy another stay! Excellent hosts!

Perfect weekend getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed every detail of the cottage! The high end finishes combined with a kids room upstairs and in ground pool made it the perfect getaway. We enjoyed saying hello to our neighbors and Ally while we there as well!

The cutest well appointed cottage on a scenic river. My husband and two young children stayed for two nights while we were in town for an event. I only wish we had been able to stay longer!

Wonderful Experience

Very quaint, clean and centrally located! Stayed for long weekend with two children. They loved the grounds, kayaking in the stream and playing with the dog! Highly recommend and would certainly return.

Home Away From Home

This property is beautifully kept and in a great location. Close to all the fun in Lancaster with your own pool. Several little touches throughout the property and the owners are super responsive. We plan on coming back in the future!
