"Very disappointing experience – delayed check-in, dirty apartments, and no responsibility We were really looking forward to our stay in Milan, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After a long and hot drive from Norway with our children – including a one-year-old baby – we arrived at the apartment, which was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3:00 PM. "Alessia's flat was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We were able to cook in a clean and functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, very relaxing. Access to lots of public transport, with a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of markets and restaurant options nearby. The host was kind and helpful to us."

"Location has pluses and minuses. About 25 min walk to centre was great, close enough but also far enough. There was a large supermarket about 5min walk away, bus stop just outside the flat, tram closeby. Massive minus - seems like a party area so do not recommend on Friday or Saturday. It was loud till about 5am with people shouting, banging on things, fighting. Not possible to sleep. All in all I uld recommend bit not for the weekend."
