If you are a lover of old stones, nature and tranquility, this charming Breton stone house will be your ideal refuge for a stay in the Finistère peninsula. This lovely building is ideally located in a quiet area while being close to the sea, the magnificent beach of the 3 sheep being located 1 km away on foot.
Upon entering the house, you will find a large and charming living room with a fireplace that will allow you to warm up by the fire after a winter walk on the hiking trail. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, you will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with a bunk bed, and the other with 2 single beds. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to make 2 single beds or a double bed of 160. At this level you will also find a large bathroom with a double sink, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find a large room with a small sea view from the window. This room is equipped with a table and a sofa, ideal for children to play or for everyone to get together to play a board game for example!
Outside you can enjoy a very large garden, an outdoor table or deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful summer days. The house is located in a quiet little street, you can easily access the 3 sheep beach on foot, the GR34 also runs through the dunes of this beach.
The little extras you won\'t find elsewhere? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a 100% local welcome basket as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining the functioning of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
