Clean Quite convenient

Very nice caring manager. Good location and quaint hotel. Just a few things I would have liked to see to make 5 stars. 4.5.

Clean room but was a little in need of a touch up. Bathroom also needed a little update. Amazing location for Fishermans wharf and Pier 39 and for the Big Bus Tour stop.

there was no kitchen to cook but room service from zig zag pizza was excellent. the A/C worked great and the room remained properly ventilated and comfortable. I will return here again given the chance,as this resort is well worth the cost of admission and 333 pacific is the gem of the resort. Room was clean and cute, hotel building was very beautiful inside. Location is close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely visit again and use the same hotel as there were no real complaints!
