"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I need a handicapped seat for the shower, the desk staff went and found one for me. The property is very clean and well maintained. Very pleased"

"Refrigerator was molded couldn’t put anything in there. Took a half hour for some one to come to the service desk. Rooms were not clean and had a horrible smell to them. Checked out the next morning and they still tried to charged me for the entire stay I could go on and on about this however it makes me upset all over again"

"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"
