"The room was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed and noticed it was full of crumbs! Of course it was past 10pm no one was available brought the kids to the pool it was mediocre but the jacuzzi was filthy and the jets did not work all in all the stay was quite disappointing "

"Great room for a quick stay! We stayed two nights. Directions to get in were a little different than how we found it. However, clean and large room. Kitchen appliances and kitchen supplies were great to have! Seating and living area was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t get any picture working on the Roku free movies and shows. Bed was large and very comfortable. Having two sinks and a large bathroom and tub was awesome! Hosts were responsive in the chat and there for communication when needed. Would reccomend this room, and would definitely stay again! Close to Vetta spa and close to the Horseshoe Valley hills and attractions!"

"Host was great at communicating. Condo was perfect size for all of us. Location was not ski in/ski out, very limited parking, no variety of games, amenities such as rec center are not open stated hours, they have cut back. Condo has not been maintained , broken fireplace, walls painted in different shades to cover damage, interior doors damaged, ceiling peeling because of water damage, bathroom in smaller unit has lots of damage. Very disappointed as all properties we have stayed in previously have been fabulous so i feel this was expensive for state of property. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautiful - such a fresh, beachy, light filled space. So many lovely details. We needed to decompress after Christmas so stayed for 3 nights. When I booked several months ago I thought it was best to pick a winter location not too far from Toronto, so if the weather was challenging it would be an easy drive. It was the right call. Being right on the lake in the winter was stunning. The hot tub was glorious - we could have been in the Arctic! The living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were exceptional. The host was very accommodating, especially with all my many questions. I was especially thankful that we didn't have to lug sheets, blankets or pillows. All was provided which was a huge bonus. No complaints. Thank you Natalie for an amazing stay!"
