"Our room was beautiful, looked just like the photos. Lots of things to do. We came to visit a family member who moved here. The only downside was that no one is very fond of Americans, so demeanor and service changed quite a bit once we started talking and the knew we were from the US, it was made pretty obvious. "Room was unclean on arrival. Door required a special manoeuvre to unlock which was a real fire risk as the room windows don’t open. We reported both to reception, but were greeted by a shrug of the soldiers and some story about renewing the cleaning contract at the end of the season.
