"The renovation on the home was exceptional esp. the bathrooms! The washer and dryer were of good quality and did get used every day They had multiple indoor and outdoor activities for kids which was great. The downstairs bunk room was fun for the little kids. We did find some spiders that we got rid of. The stairs leading to the second floor were quite noisy and was noticeable for those retiring early on the first floor bedroom and the loft sleeping area. We were a bit perplexed when entering the kitchen and there was a sign stating that we should wash and sanitize any dishes prior to using. The dishes were not kid friendly so we purchased paper products. Also a sign stating any odiferous foods such as Brussels sprouts and onions should not be cooked in the house had use wondering........ A suggestion would be to replace the cookware as items were just tossed into cupboards mix and match. I am an organizer and it was concerning. Also having as s'more forks would be nice. We found one in the cupboards. The lake is 5 feet deep - no problem for pontooning, tubing and jet skiing. The firepit and firewood were great.There was a raft available but we found that it was a landing pad for geese at night so every morning it was full of Goose Poop. Not certain why the birds did not use any of the other available rafts. The Bonds were receptive when we had any questions and responded in a timely fashion. We did make fun family memories and laugh about our own Poop Island."

"Family had a lot of fun. We brought our own boat and docked it and it worked out perfectly. The lake was very quiet during the week days and was great for our beginer skiers."

"Our second time renting this lovely vacation home. Best location for our extended family from 78-31 yrs. Plenty of room for games, family dinner and quiet time if you want. The new fire pit area is great! Diane is very responsive and happy to help. She even texted me when there was a severe weather warning for the area.the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels too."

"This site was perfect for all our ages, 3 to 82. We celebrated three birthdays. We enjoyed morning coffee, the paddle boat and boards, kayaks, and swimming. The clear water, sandy bottom and long water depth change made it perfect for a three year old.We went for several walks in the nearby trails. We enjoyed our meals outdoors on the patio deck, nightly camp fires and the hot tub."
