"This was by far the best hotel stay I have had in my life. The staff went out of their way to see that I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Norfolk."

"Room smelled like smoke didn’t like that, yea they moved me but it shouldn’t been like that at check-in "

"Our room had a horrendous smell that burnt our eyes, gave us a headache, short of breathe and caused dizziness. We got our room switched which didnt have a smell, while waiting at the desk several other people said they wanted put in a complaint. The elevators were treacherous, they dont post the elevators certificate just a sign sayimg ask at the desk, it rattled like crazy, the doors open before being stopped. Plus i paid 85. To park! I will not go back and will be contacting the corporation and the owner of the location "

"Room was clean. Bathroom shower pressure was horrible took forever to get shampoo out of hair. Room was very good size and close to coast guard base to see our son. "

"Everything was great! The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options, more than I was expecting. Check in was a breeze. It was very quiet. The location was perfect—very close to the freeway and there were restaurants very close. The only con I have is that the AC in the room sounded like there were crickets in the room when it was running. It made it somewhat difficult to fall asleep. "
