"Room was clean and spacious, but the bed was hard as a rock. My back is still recovering. The property was clean and well kept, and the staff were courteous except for check-out day. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and housekeeping knocked, twice. Both times we answered that we were still sleeping. I did leave a personal item that was quickly found via a phone call that they are shipping out to me, and the employee was extremely kind. All in all, it was a great stay. I'd just ask for a different bed. "
