"It is an older hotel that needs to be updated and rooms smell humid. Aside from that, it was very clean, the staff was great, the included hot breakfast was good with friendly staff, and I would stay there again because of its proximity to attractions and the convenience. I will highly recommend. Just be aware that this is not a brand new hotel so it is dated. Also, the bathroom in my room didn’t have an exhaust vent reason why I think there was a smell of humidity everywhere. "
"Your hotel was THE choice for my needs on this business trip. I was attending two days of CLE at the NCAJ in the office complex across the road, the second day at which I was speaking, and I needed a hotel near the NCAJ at which I could get well rested during the night between the two CLE sessions. Although I did not have the opportunity to use it, I was highly impressed with the panel near the desk into which I could plug my computer or a streaming media box with an HDMI cable to use the TV as a monitor. The continental breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again the next time I need to stay near the NCAJ."
"This place is awesome. Check in was effortless and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are decorated so cute. It gives you a retro sixties type of vibe. It's very quiet and quaint. I will give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because of the construction that was going on next to the hotel (although there weren't any noise or building going on while we were there. It was just an eye sore to be next to such a beautiful hotel). Also, the couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. Overall the hotel is excellent and I will be returning! In addition, I needed a few things while there and you communicate with the staff by text and they responded immediately each time I texted them. "
"The staff at checkin and checkout were both very friendly. The only real complaint was that the bed was super honey feeling and you could audibly hear the springs sinking in when laying down. However, it did not stop us from getting a good night’s sleep!! "
