Plenty of dishes and utensils, which is always a concern at these types of rentals. Cookware was sufficient and in good shape. Only a couple minor gripes: Mattresses are extremely firm. There are not nearly enough places to hang towels to dry. "

"Booked the property for a quick stay to see a Detroit Tigers spring training game. Great location only a few miles from the stadium. Unfortunately our game got rained out. We did have time to walk around the neighborhood and down to the water. Saw a lot of great wildlife. John was a great host and responded promptly to my inquiries. Highly recommend."
