"My reception was lukewarm as the front desk staff weren’t particularly friendly, an unwelcome trend I’m noticing. A smile would have been nice. My corner room was very spacious and austerely decorated. I’m all for minimalism but there really wasn’t anywhere to sit, the concrete floors were cold and bedside plugs were hidden under tiny shelves. That was annoying as was the dirty condition of the equipment in the fitness room. The rooftop restaurant looked inviting but I ate elsewhere to explore the neighborhood a bit. All in all, I was disappointed in the Brut and would stay elsewhere next visit to Tulsa."

"I stayed here for a day and a half and was disappointed with the overall experience. When I checked in, I immediately asked about a late checkout. Although the website indicated late checkout options were available the last day of my stay, the front desk employee told me I could not extend checkout until noon when i checked in. Oddly enough, the app later prompted me for a checkout time and showed availability until 1:00 PM. The room itself was not very clean. The bedsheets had holes in them, there was a used towel left in the bathroom, the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and the floor was noticeably dirty. My dog and I also woke up covered in bug bites, which was extremely concerning. Another disappointment was that the pool was closed. The continental breakfast was very limited, consisting mainly of waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas, and bread items. At a minimum, I would have expected some protein options such as eggs. To be fair, the staff member was courteous and did accommodate my back injury by placing me in a first-floor room, which I appreciated. However, that was not enough to make up for the condition of the room and the other issues during my stay. Overall, you get what you pay for here. The room was inexpensive, but unfortunately the experience was uncomfortable and below expectations. I will not be staying here again."
