自然の中にある素敵なほてるです。部屋は、リビングルームとベッドルームに分かれていて、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、キッチンが付いていて、とても快適でした。 近くにベンディングマシーンがないのがちょっと不便でした。

どのHampton innも同じサービス、クォリティは安心できる。14日朝にエレベーターが故障した。フロントスタッフには7:30には直ると言われたが、エレベーターは2機あるのだから、どちらかを運転して欲しかった。

Horrible experience. Rude, unhelpful staff. We prepaid a king room. Check in was 3pm, however, we messaged the hotel and requested an early check in since we had to attend a wedding 30 minutes away that began at 3. We were told to call that morning, which we did from the road, told yes, all was fine. When we arrived a little after 2pm we were told no room yet. After some back and forth we were told they'll put us in a double room. I said well then when we return around midnight they'll give us the reserved king room, to which they said no. The manager came, we went back and forth some more, she constantly reiterated that check in was 3pm, to which I responded well it's after 2pm now, you mean to tell me that you have no clean rooms? She finally gave us a king room (?) We changed quick and got to the wedding just in time. We were so disgusted by our experience that we came back to the hotel, packed up and drove home 4 hours in the middle of the night. $200 bucks down the drain and we didn't even care. Never again. Don't recommend staying there.
