"The check-in procedures were not clear. We arrived after a 5-hour flight delay. We saw one door with the house number and no other instructions or labels. We attempted for about 20 minutes to get in when another neighbor came over and walked us to the backside of the house to get in. We weren’t real upset about this until the owner sent us a noise complaint for something out of our control. The beds are old and not comfortable. Showers, linens, and kitchen items were on point. "We spent 2 nights in this nice small house located near Garden of the Gods and pikes peak. Everything thing was cozy and mostly as advertised. Our only complaint was that the refrigerator had open food and drinks. The was also a half eaten energy bar still in it wrapper. And the place had much dust around. It’s a small issue but with the cleaning fees so high it’s worth noting and it may have been a one time thing "
