「Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel.」

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Such a beautiful hotel situated right in the shore front. Parking is easy on lake front car park and it’s a very safe area. No issues at all leaving a convertible overnight. They do have their own car park too. Breakfast was lovely, all the staff very helpful. You cannot get a better location, right next to the boat moorings and several restaurants. The views from the hotel over the lake are fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again. 」
